Fiona is a Property lawyer who qualified at Clarke Willmott and handles all aspects of the conveyancing process. Simply Complete are CQS (“Conveyancing Quality Scheme”) accredited and are approved members of all the major lending panels. Recognising that moving home can be a stressful time, Fiona ensures her clients are regularly updated and that she is readily contactable throughout the transaction.
Simon has 25 years post qualification experience and specialises in Tax, Trusts and Estates. He is a full member of STEP (“Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners”). Formerly a partner in Harvey Ingram LLP Simon provides estate planning advice to include Wills, deceased estates administration, Court of Protection, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning. He also advises in relation to contested estates and other contentious probate matters.
